  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • Higher education (architectural, engineering or building engineer degree).
    • Work experience in a similar post over 3 years.
    • Good PC skills (MSOffice, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD).
    • Knowledge of normative building documentation.
    • High resistance to stress.
    • Leadership and communicative skills.
    • Knowledge of Russian (or Ukrainian) and English (or French) is desirable.
    • Recommendations are a must.

    DUTIES & CONDITIONS

    • Contracts management with clients and providers.
    • Team formation and projects execution management.
    • Design and authorization management.
    • Construction management: tender, construction time schedule management, works and materials quantity and quality supervision, commissioning and as-built documentation compilation.
    • Simultaneous management of several projects.
    • Payment: salary + bonus.
    • Employment: full time.
